Responsibilities:

Understanding of cooking skills, knife handling and safety
Ability to take direction from the managing owners and general manager
Cook menu items in cooperation with the rest of the staff
Ensure that food comes out simultaneously, in high quality and in a timely fashion
Ability to work calmly and effectively under pressure
Set up stocking stations with all necessary supplies
Ability to work with speed and efficiency
Fortitude to work in a fast-paced environment
Ensure a clean working environment

Future Champions Sports Complex seeks a professional and organized cook to prepare food according to our seasonally changing menu. The cook will work with other team members to execute signature dishes. Successful candidates will be organized, self-motivated and have problem-solving abilities.
