Responsibilities:
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Manage and track customer RFQs to completion
• Support Customer Service with all customer issues concerning pricing, delivery, quality
concerns, new product introductions, and other responsibilities
• Collect and analyze data concerning customer behavior to understand changing needs
• Resolve complaints and keep track of all processes that pertain to the client’s desires
• Maintain and develop existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and
ethical sales methods and relevant internal liaison to optimize quality of service, business
growth, and customer satisfaction
• Coordinate activities with Sales, Engineering, Quality, and Production on ongoing
projects in an effort to support customer objectives
• Respond to and follow up on inquiries from all channels (company website, customer
service, outside sales, and others)
• Attend and present at external customer meetings and internal meetings with other
company functions necessary to perform duties and aid business development
